
What is coaching?
Coaching utilizes psychological and emotional approaches to create sustainable practices. One's health/fitness journey can be lonely. I join you on this journey. As your coach, I gain an understanding of your life commitments and assist you in navigating those commitments, while focusing on your well-being. Have you struggled to achieve fitness goals or sustain results due to various life commitments? I work with you to devise feasible goals. When you experience challenges, I am there; working with you to rebound.
What is Personal Training?
As a trainer, I strive to understand your fitness goals. We co-design an exercise plan that fits your needs and aligns with your interests. Depending on your goals/interests, I design plans that incorporate the following training formats: cardiorespiratory, strength, high-intensity interval, plyometric, and much more. Your plan needs to be fun and sustainable! I do live virtual sessions as well as in-person sessions in the Baltimore area.
