As a trained academic, I believe in the power of credentials.  Some coaches show people what they have done to build muscle, lose weight, modify eating habits, and manage time.  My various certifications enable me to tailor programs to suit your specific needs, instead of showing you what I have done or what worked for another client.  My coaching techniques are science-based.  Accordingly, I am certified in the following areas:
